| Store the AGE value based on the Birth Date in an ACT! record
|

By default, Age Today reads the value of the Birth Date field, determines the age-in-years as of "today", and stores the results into the Age field. (If your database doesn't already have one, you'll need to add the Age field - see the ACT! documentation for information on adding fields.)
But Age Today can use non-default values for the "from" date, the "until" date, the "units" of the age (eg, age-in-days, age-in-months), and the field where the age should be stored.
You can choose any field from the Contact record (supplied as part of each ACT! database, or user-defined) to hold the results and to provide the values to use. You can also choose Days or Months as the age "unit".
Use an intuitive "wizard" interface to define any number of "triggers" to activate Age Today. Put a trigger on a field activity (enter, change, leave), toolbar icon, menu item or other ACT! "event" (such as New Contact or switch Group record). Each trigger can operate on the "current" record (contact, company, group), or current Lookup (of contacts, companies, groups).

To install Age Today in free "trial" mode:
- Download the installation file
(AgeTodayInstaller.exe),
and remember where you saved it.
- Shut down all running programs.
- Run the installation file from where you saved it in step 1.
- Note: All products install into the \tnhg folder and subfolders within the Windows "Program Files" folder.

The New Hampton Group has developed a number of ACT! add-on utilities and products that enhance ACT!'s capabilities. These products are available for free download as "trial" software - after installation, they will run in "crippled" mode (only a limited number of records per execution) or only for a limited amount of time (usually 30 days after installation) or for a limited number of uses (30 or 50 executions).
Any product can be "registered" by clicking the "Register Now" button in the upper left corner of the application window. Click the "Print Reg Form" button to display a registration form. Copy the Hardware ID and Software ID values onto the Registration form and provide the requested payment information.
