Create an ACT! Group whose members are contacts selected because their records were not updated during the selected date range, based on the selected types of updates.
|

When a field on an ACT! for Windows contact record is updated, ACT! automatically updates that record’s “Edit Date”. You can use this field to locate all the contacts that were or were not updated in any desired date range. However, this field is NOT updated when a note or history is entered, or when an activity is created.
Untouched Contact lets you pick which of these edit types should be used in selecting contacts with no activity during the date range you select. It then places the results in an ACT! Lookup or Group.

To install Untouched Contacts in free "trial" mode:
- Download the installation file
(Install_UntouchedContacts.exe),
and remember where you saved it.
- Shut down all running programs.
- Run the installation file from where you saved it in step 1.
- Note: All products install into the c:\program files\tnhg folder.

The New Hampton Group has developed a number of ACT! add-on utilities and products that enhance ACT!'s capabilities. These products are available for free download as "trial" software - after installation, they will run in "crippled" mode (only a limited number of records per execution) or only for a limited amount of time (30 days after installation) or for a limited number of uses (30 or 50 executions).
Any product can be "registered" by clicking the "Register Now" button in the upper left corner of the application window. Click the "Print Reg Form" button to display a registration form. Copy the User Code 1 and User Code 2 values onto the Registration form and provide the requested payment information.
