Quickly and easily find all the contacts that are NOT members of a SELECTED SET of groups.
|

|
There are lots of ways to find all the contacts that are not in ANY group in your ACT! database, but it is very cumbersome and time consuming to locate all the contacts that are not members of just a selected set of groups. For example, if you use groups for Companies, and for Territories, and for other sets of contacts, you might need to locate all contacts not currently assigned to any territory. Finding all the contacts not in any group will miss some of those "territory-less" contacts, if they belong to a Company group.
NonMember Contacts allows you to evaluate all groups, or to select a specific set of groups to evaluate, and then locates all the contacts that have no membership in that set of groups.
After locating the contacts, you can add those located contacts to a new or existing group. You can also create an ACT! Contact Lookup of those located contacts.

NonMember Contacts requires the FoxPro ODBC driver, which is available FREE for download directly from Microsoft by clicking here.
If running NonMember Contacts produces an error message that references
"[ODBC Drive Manager] Driver does not support this function",
then try installing this driver.

To install NonMember Contacts in free "trial" mode:
- Download the installation file
(Install_NonMemberContacts.exe),
and remember where you saved it.
- Shut down all running programs.
- Run the installation file from where you saved it in step 1.
- Note: All products install into the c:\program files\tnhg folder.

The New Hampton Group has developed a number of ACT! add-on utilities and products that enhance ACT!'s capabilities. These products are available for free download as "trial" software - after installation, they will run in "crippled" mode (only a limited number of records per execution) or only for a limited amount of time (30 days after installation) or for a limited number of uses (30 or 50 executions).
Any product can be "registered" by clicking the "Register Now" button in the upper left corner of the application window. Click the "Print Reg Form" button to display a registration form. Copy the User Code 1 and User Code 2 values onto the Registration form and provide the requested payment information.
