Initialize Protected Field

Allow an initial entry into a blank field, but don’t allow it to be changed

Some applications require that once a field has been set to any initial value, it should not be allowed to change. ACT! will let you “protect” a field from change, but then you can’t set it’s initial value.

Initialize Protected Field offers the ability to specify an initial value for a protected field, but once the value has been set, then the ACT! “protected” edit rule takes over, and you can’t change it from that initial value.

Purchase price: $19.00 per pc.
