History Lookup Plus

Create an ACT! Group whose members are contacts selected because they had history of the type or types you select, created during the date range you select, by the user or users you select.

The ACT! Classic History Summary report provides an easy way to see how many calls were made, meetings were held and letters were sent by the users you select during any date range you select.

However, there is no way in ACT! to narrow down the report so that you don’t get a lot of lines with all zeros, and still get all the contacts that had some action.

History Lookup Plus provides a quick and easy way to select just those contacts you want, based on which type or types of history was created (and/or Sale Opportunity created, lost or won) during a selected date range by one or more selected users.

To install History Lookup Plus in free "trial" mode:
  1. Download the installation file
    (Install_HistoryLookupPlus.exe),
    and remember where you saved it.
  2. Shut down all running programs.
  3. Run the installation file from where you saved it in step 1.
  4. Note: All products install into the c:\program files\tnhg folder.
The New Hampton Group has developed a number of ACT! add-on utilities and products that enhance ACT!'s capabilities. These products are available for free download as "trial" software - after installation, they will run in "crippled" mode (only a limited number of records per execution) or only for a limited amount of time (30 days after installation) or for a limited number of uses (30 or 50 executions).

Any product can be "registered" by clicking the "Register Now" button in the upper left corner of the application window. Click the "Print Reg Form" button to display a registration form. Copy the User Code 1 and User Code 2 values onto the Registration form and provide the requested payment information.
