Want to improve the performance of your ACT! database?
The performance of your ACT! database is directly related to the size of the database. But you can't make good decisions about your data if you don't have information about what's there.
Field Value Info works with both Contact fields and Group fields. You can produce analyze all fields, or select the one or more fields that you need to know more about. Field Value Info will scan your database, and produce a list, for each of the fields you select, of all the unique values that appear in that field, along with a count of the records with that value.
Field Value Info will produce either an MS Excel spreadsheet or a tab-delimited text file. The spreadsheet will have an individual worksheet for each field, with one row per value, showing the value and the corresponding record count. The text file will show the name of the source database, the type of field (Contact or Group), the Field Name, the field value, and the record count for that value. You can then use this file as the source for a database import or other kinds of advanced analysis tools.

Field Value Info requires the FoxPro ODBC driver, which is available for download directly from Microsoft by clicking here.
If running Field Value Info produces an error message that references
"[ODBC Drive Manager] Driver does not support this function",
then try installing this driver.

To install Field Value Info in free "trial" mode:
- Download the installation file
(Install_FieldValueInfo.exe),
and remember where you saved it.
- Shut down all running programs.
- Run the installation file from where you saved it in step 1.
- Note: All products install into the c:\program files\tnhg folder.

The New Hampton Group has developed a number of ACT! add-on utilities and products that enhance ACT!'s capabilities. These products are available for free download as "trial" software - after installation, they will run in "crippled" mode (only a limited number of records per execution) or only for a limited amount of time (30 days after installation) or for a limited number of uses (30 or 50 executions).

Copy the User Code 1 and User Code 2 values onto the Registration form and provide the requested payment information.
