Email Status Report

Easily create an eMail message containing a Contact "Status Report" in Microsoft Outlook 2000 or higher.

Email Status Report composes an email message with a "Current Status Report" for the ACT! "current contact" in Microsoft Outlook 2000 (or higher).

The subject line contains the contact's Company name and Contact name.

The body of the message contains the contact's Company, Name, Address (including city, state and zip) and phone number, and either Detail or Summary history for the date range you select, plus a list of scheduled activities for a date range you select.

After generating the message, Outlook is opened with the message displayed so you can either pick a recipient and send the message, or print it directly to your attached printer.

To install Email Status Report in free "trial" mode:
  1. Download the installation file
    (Install_EmailStatusReport.exe),
    and remember where you saved it.
  2. Shut down all running programs.
  3. Run the installation file from where you saved it in step 1.
  4. Note: All products install into the c:\program files\tnhg folder.
The New Hampton Group has developed a number of ACT! add-on utilities and products that enhance ACT!'s capabilities. These products are available for free download as "trial" software - after installation, they will run in "crippled" mode (only a limited number of records per execution) or only for a limited amount of time (30 days after installation) or for a limited number of uses (30 or 50 executions).
