Nearly a hundred "off-the-shelf" commercial products have been developed for clients to extend or enhance features of the ACT! product, and provide individual customization services to meet the specific requirements of individual users and organizations.

The Geoff Blood Signature Line from The New Hampton Group were among the first commercially available add-ons for ACT!, and the company continued to focus the business on this aspect of improving the ACT! experience. With over 100 products now available for all 21st century versions of ACT! (from ACT! v5/2000 onward), The New Hampton Group provides the widest assortment of utilities and automation for ACT!, worldwide.
